The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Court III (“NCLT”) vide its order dated May 13, 2022 (copy of order received on June 3, 2022), ordered for commencement of Insolvency Resolution Process (“IRP”) against Mr. Sanjay Rajkumar Chhabria, Personal Guarantor to Radius Estates and Developers Private Limited by admitting the application (C.P.(IB) 235(MB)/2022) filed by the Creditor (Beacon Trusteeship Limited) under Section 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”). The Hon’ble NCLT appointed Mr. Prakul Thadi as the Resolution Professional (“RP”) in this matter, under Section 97(5) of the Code. It is pertinent to note that the Hon’ble NCLT had declared the commencement of moratorium under Section 101 of the Code with effect from May 13, 2022.

The creditors of Sanjay Kumar Chhabria are hereby called upon to submit their claims with proof on or before June 28, 2022, to the RP on the email id rp.sanjaychhabria@gmail.com . The following form is prescribed by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Regulations, 2019. Accordingly, the creditors are advised to fill the respective form and submit the same to the RP.
